Holy shit lol... what makes this funny is if you put them in the fridge, this actually does become a problem no matter how strong you are, the natural oils on your hands are enough you can't overcome that little plastic band thing (again, when refrigerated), without literally ripping off a layer of skin on your hand... and if you have just washed your hands it get's even more messed up. Let it sit for 2 min after you take it out the fridge, as then the lid won't be so tight, but the gatorade itself still be cold. Big brain time.
