Ok, here's my shot at it: you will need two board games. first, get Cards Against Humanity. Play like you normally would, but at every turn one player doesn't get to see all the cards. He can only choose one at random after the others have selected the best one.
If he picks the card the others have elected as winning, he gets to try and defend humanity's interest in the game Pandemic. If he picks another one, the virus progresses and the card he chose becomes his fate. (Thanks to the gentle cooperation of the other players. And you thought Uno could destroy friendships...)
Of course people take to be The Victim (unless you really want to destroy someone but I'm pretty sure that's very illegal in all countries).
The game ends when everyone is dead or after 12 rounds.
