To put it into perspective, we would hear the Sun at about 100db if there was air in space. That's like hearing a chainsaw or tractor right next to you. So 11 times as much... yeah I can believe it

I thought db was exponential. Wouldn't 1100db be way more than 11x 100db or do i have the dumb?
