Life hack to no more midnight snacks before bed. Definitely no orange juice

Brush your teeth with baking soda and peroxide. Then you don’t have to commit, just remember to brush again after a snack. :)

You don't stop eating when you brush them in the morning, so why stop at night. If you hungry, you hungry.
