Oh, I don't know. Maybe it's the distinct and severe lack of pixels. So few infact, that you can't see what it is or what is happening, coupled with an utterly horrible POV that leaves you lost and confused.
If it were to be of higher quality, it would still be too long to have a reasonable meme come out of it. If anything, it should just be turned into a few panels for it
