That (twice), and they took away my administrator rights. When I have problems now I have to call IT support and talk them through how to solve my problems. Chrome is not allowed. Google Earth is not allowed. FTP clients are not allowed.

Yes. I'm Gen X, grew up with computers and was a programmer for years. I know this shit better than most of them.
