Tbh I understand it's a joke but the delivery on it is so far below "lackluster" that it doesn't approach anywhere near funny to me. She can make jokes, but if she fails to make them in a manner that's actually amusing, I'm not actually obligated to laugh at them. It's a weird world we live in

How do you expect delivery and tone on a tweet? The ridiculousness is the basis of the joke. It's plenty clear to a lot of people. You are free to not laugh at it, but that doesn't change the fact that it is, in fact a joke. Which is made all the more clear with the conversation.
