When the teacher says show your work

The most horrifying thing is that's not even the proof. The proof of 1+1 is 7 pages long; imagine 1+2. I've said it before, I'll say it again.. it goes back to the definition of... simply by putting that two there you have to define what the hell that means in the first place. It sounds easy until you try it.
