Don't ask me how I know, but they do tend to be better. More stalls, more facilities, and they're cleaner and smell nicer. Of course, that does depend on how each building administers their bathrooms. And naturally, just because that's the tendency, it doesn't always mean that the people who use them will also leave them as they found them.

Once went to the washroom of a public library here, in the stall, and the door... o god... the door was full of phone numbers, and you know stupid texts. So there's this one guy writes "guys, this is not okay, be respectful" and o boy was his ass whopped on the door.
