Anyone else notice this

There were several back in my highschool, but none of them were turned on.

So, depending on the school and how old it is, the building may not have the infrastructure for AC. So, it would require a total teardown and rebuild to get AC. Which would cost an insane amount of money, that the school district likely couldn't afford.
