Optimist: tooth popped out as whale escaped. Pessimist: whale bone stuck in teeth, shark suffocated, both died. Weirdist: vertebrae popped out same time as tooth, shark swallowed and had to poop out later.

Reality: shark bit whale, did not have favorable bite, bit again, whale died, tooth stuck because sharks give no fucks about dental hygenie; the gotta have other fish clean their gums for them while a new layer of teeth arrives.
