We just bought our first house in a much nicer neighborhood than we moved from and the people are so nice I'm scared because I've been on edge for 3 years in a hell hole and I don't know how to behave normal anymore!!

Me too. I moved 1 year ago to a great area. My neighbors are a bit shy due to covid but they are nice af. The lady next door told me a sad story about how her special flowering vine was dug up by the people who lived in my house before me (it's a townhouse so it was in our common flower bed). The next day I planted her a clematis and since then we are besties. Niceness is contagious!
