Sometimes I do think it would be good if I couldn't speak, but I don't feel like going through surgery to become a girl again.

eh... I can usually hold an entire conversation with just body language anyway... at worst I could write it down or learn sign language. I don't want 5 inches though, 2 inches would work perfectly. I'd very much like not having to talk to people.
