Things that make you go hmmm

I can see three totally legit reasons why this would happen. First, someone agreed with or was loyal to Hitler and purposely didn't remove the picture because it would then be destroyed. Two, someone was just lazy and had a "million of these things to do" and just slid it up there because "I literally could care less". Three, it was a practical joke that probably just got forgotten about.
