Res sus is from Among Us, it means red minion guy is suspected of killing someone. Basically the point of the game is to figure out who's running around killing everyone while trying to complete tasks. Complete all the tasks, or find out who the killer(s) is(are), you win. Killer(s) kill everyone, you lose, unless the killer or one of the killers and everyone else is killed; then you win.
