But reading at different speeds really throws a wrench in the dynamic. Both parties will be frustrated. I’ll get the ghost a subscription to hooked on phonics if that’ll speed it up.

Worst kinda ghost I could imagine. I'm quite a fast reader and honestly, I'm actually loathing people - I said it, yes - when I have to watch them reading whatever trivial bullshit they're reading e....ver.......so.........slow.........ly...... and looking like Tucker Carlson pretending to have a hard time grasping something super obvious.
granted, i am a speedy boi at reading and yes its annoying when you read with a slow person but theres a very simple solution: dont read with slow readers

Huh, people who don't understand their mother tongue well enough to be able to distiguish between being annoyed and being offended are offended by people they believe are offended. And let's face it: they're mainly offended by someone taking Tucker's name in vain :-P
