And (feel free to correct me if I understood this part incorrectly) the compressed file that was sent had an entirely different name from the uncompressed version on the prosecution's computer. Meaning whoever compressed the file RENAMED and separately saved the file.

The next thing they said was to blame it on a GLITCH. They also blamed the defense for not obtaining the footage from Fox itself despite it being literally the job of the prosecution to provide any evidence they wish to use to make their case. THE REASON BEING so defendants have access to FAIR trials.

The judge than said he had already warned the prosecution repeatedly of their conduct throughout the trial and that there will be a day of reckoning.

Today was not that day, apparently.

And before you get going - the video does not show what the prosecution claims it does. But even if it DID, that wouldn't be the issue as I understand it (again - correct me if I am wrong).

The issue is they withheld evidence from a defendant deliberately and lied about it repeatedly in a court of law.

Let's say Kyle is entirely innocent.

The prosecution took away his access to the absolute fair & thorough defense he is entitled to. Such an act in a case like this could cost a person their LIFE.

Lets say Kyle was a serial killer entirely at fault.

The prosecution opened the door for appeal after appeal, mistrial with prejudice, and potential lawsuits against the state.

Because of their fuckery an innocent man could be condemned or a deranged killer could go free and PROFIT off what they did.

It's immoral, it's illegal, and it is above all fucking disgusting. The kind of deplorable detritus a maggot wouldn't touch with a 10 foot pole.

Oh - and one final note: some people watching the livestream went back and reviewed footage and noticed that on the prosecution's laptop is an app specifically for transcoding media and video compression.

I am gonna say whatever you think of Kyle - famous is right.

The MSmedia are NOT covering the case. They're pushing narratives. You can't trust them with this case remotely.

If you truly have an opinion, go research what happened. Watch the footage. Watch what parts of the trial you can. Go to multiple sources. Maybe none of what you think will change and that's what it is

Come to your own conclusion, but make sure it is YOURS. Don't let them come to it for you.

This is the discussion here, there's a riot that's been going on for days, there's property damage, arson, basically people being shitty people. And a kid, brings a rifle, and stands in the street against these rioters to "protect property", and no one here, thinks that anything bad will happen? That, bringing a rifle to a riot, will have no bad ending, at all.

It doesn't show Kyle aiming first.
Stop trying to blame the victim. And don't you dare even suggest that people should stand idly by while the world around them turns to shit. No good has ever come from that mindset. Not the slightest bit of harm was ever mitigated or averted by appeasing or ignoring evil.

If this is the video I'm thinking of then, no, it doesn't show Kyle aiming the gun first.

And, if I have my facts correct, it doesn't actually show where the Ziminskis are at all.

Why is this relevant? Because:
1) the Ziminskis had a gun on them and had pointed it at Kyle
2) the Ziminskis are the ones the prosecution claim Kyle threatened with the gun to begin with
3) The prosecution didn't even call the ziminskis to testify (I WONDER WHY)
4) the prosecution couldn't even say "Kyle pointed his gun at" anyone specific. They said "at.. People." Because they knew the video does not show Kyle pointing a gun at the ziminskis.

Oh, and Kyle wasn't "standing in the street."

He ran to put out a goddamn fire with a fire extinguisher that the mob (including his assailants) had set.

He ran to offer medical aid.

He STOOD on a car lot.

The video could show rosenbam begging for his life on his knees and Kyle cold-bloodedly laughing as he pulls the trigger and it wouldn't matter.

The prosecution denied the defendant the right to a fair and thorough defense.

The prosecution deliberately made a mockery of the Justice system, and if they can do that and get away with it, there IS NO Justice system.

Okay? What about the next person they do this to? And the one after that? How long until it's anyone they feel like, guilty or innocent?

The Justice system is not there to put the guilty behind bars first and foremost. It's there to keep us from turning into a Salem witch trial.

That's the reason it exists. These checks and balances exist FOR REASONS. And neither the defense nor prosecution is allowed to subvert them FOR REASONS.

And, to quote a lawyer, it is not the prosection's job to so desperately want to send people to prison they will manipulate the facts to make it happen by any means necessary. It is their job to let the facts speak for themselves.

And if the video showed so plainly what the prosecution claims it shows, they had no reason to keep it from the defence anyway.
