Cold enough to break a doormat

I thought that was a baking fail with loads of flour/sugar on top

the winds started howling last night here, it got so bad i couldn't sleep. Usually the wind doesn't start howling and whistling on that corner of my house; not this time, it was like an angry wolf playing a flute at 100 decibels.
