As for the monster used, it's Magical Scientist — https://yugipedia.com/wiki/Magical_Scientist —. Much like our resident mad scientist, this card was insanely impactful when it came out, enabling one of the best known OTKs (one-turn kills) of the game. As such it's been on the Ban List almost consitently. And of course our own doctor is just as if not more magical, and probably better looking.
I did take Frankenderp into consideration, naturally. If there was ever a meme monster, that was it. But Magical Scientist is just so iconic, so I thought it the most fitting.
