I don’t care about armies killing each other. But killing civilians is a No. Why?

Cuz they are assholes and fear the civilians getting weapons and fucking up their poorly trained army. Putin can't live with such a humiliation; his ego would resort to WW3 and nuclear war before that. Again, this is a job for the russian mafia. Get a guy close enough, and just murk Putin (preferably an old guy, as he's lived a life and will seem more trustworthy). Double tap his ass where the spine meets the skull, then put one in the back of his skull at point blank range for good measure. Fuck an open casket.
