Insomnia is going for a good nights rest at 5am and starting your day bright and early at 6am.

It's different for everyone some it may be falling asleep at midnight and waking up at 3 and staying awake

True. A really long time ago it used to get so bad for me I just wouldn't sleep. What's worse is people who got to bed at around 1 and wake up around 8 and say they have insomnia.
