I may not understand this meme but I think I do and I think I find it repugnant and ignorant.
No they did not have the internet thousands of years ago and yet…. They managed to establish empires that spanned thousands of miles and functioned with centralized seats of power. The Jewish people also didn’t happen to spontaneously and simultaneously appear all over the globe in an instance. Like most groups that spread out they migrated in small and large groups for various reasons all over the known world. Often being the “new” or “different” kids on the block which historically is usually enough reason for people to hate or persecute a group and is a reason transcending time and cultures.
Judaism has never been a dominant religious force in the way Christianity or Islam have and often found its practitioners living amongst those religions or other well established and strongly supported religions as a minority and an “outsider.” To be clear- Judaism has made an impact on the world…
.. and history, but it has never had the scope and influence really of other major religions as far as running empires and such- or at least not one well documented and enduring in history. It’s… I don’t have time right now for the whole history of the world as it pertains to the Jewish people and faith. Read a book.
But no, there was no need for telepathy as people have always been bigots and even in the present as this meme seems to indicate you will still find the ignorant and bigoted despite the ease and prevalence of access to information. Beyond these shared less admirable human tendencies, people in the ancient world traveled and often brought with them their prejudices and fears.
