I was much younger then. That story, like so many, is one that few people who were not there will ever know. I can say this: “fan girls” are not to be trifled with. Wear the ears. Wear the butler outfit. Whatever they ask. Pose for pictures. Do the fan service. Forget your concepts of “dignity” or “personal boundaries” and just go with whatever happens- or be taken along by force. Either way, when you enter the den of the fan girl, you have entered their world. You are a prop. A toy. They are the captain now.
