It's Ultron. It's already be describe that as Ultron spirals out of control, increase his abilities by orders of magnitudes, slowing him down will cease to be possible and he will kill every living thing in the universe, populate his "utopia" with robots and walk around like robot jesus. Talk about a total jackass..

Squirrelgirl can easily hand most ultrons, but once he can hop universes and gather the stones he can find the weakest squirrel girl and annihilate her in every universe... and then he's unstoppable... or it is.... idk what pronounds ultron prefers, honestly i don't wanna know.

Each universe has it's own set of infinity stones that only work there. So he'd still have to be able to gather them, and whether or not he could even obtain the soul stone is questionable.

ultron broke that rule, he got angry, killed thanos, then killed multiple dr. stranges, nearly killed utau and started taking over the multiverse then he started shattering universe for various reasons... the baseline being they simply annoyed him.
