Partial. At least from what o can find. Stern has on several occasions defended Joe Rogan sometimes seemingly paradoxically- the biggest example I can find of stern calling out Joe Rogan are some comments concerning Sterns already stated stance on Covid 19, vaccines, “alternate treatment” etc. Stern made comments that Rogan was essentially an idiot for his statements of Covid and the misinformation he spread, and continued that Stern believed those with similar thoughts etc. we’re essentially idiots and more or less to “get vaccinated or leave the country.” Stern also said he believed Rogan should apologize for spreading Covid misinformation- a simple apology that stern said should basically be “I’m sorry, I was wrong, I’m a comedian and don’t know what I’m talking about with medicine. Go get vaccinated so you don’t die.”
But- Stern didn’t lash out at Rogan from nowhere either- the topic came up sort of naturally in several interviews/spots when he spoke on related topics or was asked questions that sort of had a flow to that direction.
Stern also defended Rogan saying that stern did not believe Rogan should have all that he had worked hard for taken from him over the matter or be “cancelled” because of it.
So I find no evidence of what this meme implies vs. more a case where a guy who is paid to give opinions gave an opinion and another guy who is paid to give opinions gave an opinion on the first opinion- but Stern never said anything I can find to the effect that Rogan shouldn’t be allowed to say those things or speak- Stern said Rogan should be allowed to speak, that censorship is bad, but that someone in a position like his or Rogans should KNOW Better and behave better than give people information that could get them and others killed.
A nuanced point often missed by the “cancel culture” hawks Looking out for “big brothers influence” is that being upset at a person for saying ignorant or dangerous things is different than saying no one should be allowed to say things that may be ignorant or may be dangerous. It is something that those who treat freedom as an entitlement and not a duty are unfamiliar with- a concept known as “self responsibility.” So while we can argue that Mr. Stern has not always been “politically correct” or “in good taste,” those things are not quite the same as: “comedian trying to offer medical advice that could get you killed..” it’s sort of like the difference between trying to “cancel” Mel Brooks over Blazing Saddles being offensive and boycotting a football team because their star player is telling kids that Heroine can’t actually kill you unless you are dumb, and it makes him a better player.
Nuance.

So, while TGA is clearly a hoax news site, they're - imho deliberately - missing the point. Stern said Rogan should stfu with obvious, stupid misinformation on medical topics. Which is just Stern practicing his right to free speech, being unable to MAKE Rogan stfu. Stern gives a sh!t about FCC rules and obviously he didn't criticize Rogan for any of that.
Stern also defended Rogan saying that stern did not believe Rogan should have all that he had worked hard for taken from him over the matter or be “cancelled” because of it.
