Sigh. As long as I don't have to see your bits, wear what the hell you want.

This person should probably travel to Florida and see how misinformed they are.

So if they said "Florida's "don't say gay bill' is kept purposely vague and is not meant for the state to prohibit "inappropriate" information and teaching about sexual orientation (a term which is used in lieu of "not-cis") but merely to offer "conservative" parents an easy opportunity to sue teachers teaching stuff which they, the parents, would rather keep away from their 0-17 year old children. Also even though legal experts agree that parent's arguments would likely not stand in court, the perspective of getting drawn in stressful legal persecution, would make teachers use a lot of self-censoring when it comes to talking about anything related to sexual orientation other than what the MAGA republic would accept." - how would traveling to Florida prove them wrong?

Nope. It's been expanded to 12th grade in mid April. https://abcnews.go.com/Politics/called-dont-gay-rules-expanded-12th-grade-florida/story?id=98691183

Ah, I see. How involved is the Florida government in state academic standards and what courses are taught/offered?
