Screw off dammit. I AM TRYING! Orbital mechanics literally IS rocket science and getting a sizable enough one to impact is hard enough without the stress of the comments when I miss.
I do NOT want to hear about the next 3 unless ONE lands a hit.
It's an AMERICAN system.. I have to calculate and the convert to SAE. The rounding errors is what's killing me. A few thousandths of an arc-second over 4 months of travel from the belt is missing by 450,000 km. Recent CMEs are also pushing my track off course. I'm close though next will skim inside orbitsl arc and earth grav should pull back to outside for a low velocity impact.. proof of concept.
