Me too... there is a tiny bit of evidence that shows that perhaps one in twenty people are "nocturnal." Even more interesting is when you consider that ancient hominid family groups were about twenty individuals. Someone needed to keep watch for whatever drooling saber toothed NOPE! was out there.
Me, I suspect that my own diurnal cycle is actually longer than 24 hours. Left to my own devices, that is sleep when tired and get up when not, I eventually slip into roughly a 20/10 split "day" and experience 5-6 "days" in a "week."
