Nope. Just 73 Congressmen got butthurt by one that they didn't like and failed 43 times previously to have it repealed (in two years) even though it has been declared Constitutional by the Supreme Court. Thus, they have hijacked the system to have a temper tantrum.

Technically I wasn't one law it was the spending plan for entire government. But the republicans are just stalling
