As someone with a needle phobia, I feel somewhat guilty

Shots shots shots shots shots shots shots shots shots shots EVERYBODY!

Well, I have more of a phobia of sharp objects in general (can be referred to as aichmophobia, belonephobia, or enetophobia) and needles are a part of those categories. But it's not like you refuse the shot, and it sounds like you know how fortunate you are to have vaccinations that prevent otherwise fatal diseases, so you don't really have anything to be guilty about. We can't control what we're afraid of, but we CAN stand up to them, and that's what you're doing every time you go in to get a shot.

It's not the medicine, it's the injection *shudders*
