I'm sorry but look at his legs. They look flexed, as in his leg muscles work. Awesome crowd if he really is handicapped but I'm not sure if he is.

I've been to concerts like these and it hurts when regular crowd surfers are on you, unintentionally squishing you and kicking you. Now imagine this poor guy accidentally hurting people since I'm sure it's really heavy! But he has guts! If I was in a wheel chair I'd be scared to do that lol
