amen. People need to realise that the only reason it's believed that vaccines cause autism is because some guy said he's researched it-he only did it to get his 'work' into a significant science journal, and later confessed that it was false anyway. BUt some IDIOTS still believe them! I heard a girl the other day saying- My mummy and daddy don't let me get vaccines cos they don't want diseases in my body. UGH.
Pebbleinthepond, I don't understand. Did you put a comment on this post just so you would receive notifications whenever someone added another comment?
I forgot about the follow comments thing. And yeah I'd rather sit back and watch. Because trying to convince people who actually believe this otherwise, is like trying to teach a brick wall philosophy. Its just not going to happen
The only vaccine I don't get is the flu one. And before people start attacking me, the reason I don't get it is because every time I got it when I was little (by the way was a struggle since I hate needles) I got sick, each time.
As someone with living with a compromised immune system it pisses me off to no end when people don't vaccinate their kids. Because I will catch whatever they have and it will make me bedridden for weeks to months
Hmm... I've never once had a vaccine and constantly see my friends and family getting sicknesses and disease that they specifically got vaccinated for and I have never even had the flu... I am the healthiest person I know. Maybe it's a huge coincidence, who knows.
Vaccines may increase the chances of autism, but they don't cause it, and certainly not everyone who gets them gets autism, but there isn't a scientific study the other way either.
