Voyager left the solar system... again? The "news" reports this about twice yearly and has for the past three. Bad science reporting with an obvious misunderstanding of the subject.
Voyager has actually left the area of our sun's influence, the helo pause, that has been finally confirmed. The concensus on that point has been iffy for a few years. One group would report it, another would dispute the claim and then report the same thing 6+ months later.
The news however, kept reporting that it left the system, which isn't true. Many astrophysicist believe that our system extends out for a light year or more from the sun. Voyager 1 might not leave our system for hundreds, or even a thousand years.
Mice can be taught to run a maze in a certain way... One path leads to better, tastier treats while the other might have ordinary food or a mild electric shock. The mice would learn to avoid the electric floor and go for the good food. Erase the floor memory and they would return to exploring that area of the maze again.
