Epic chili

I love this, I'm definitely trying it.

I'll save this for the time when I can actually cook without burning the house down.

Question: I like my chili really beefy. would it be a mistake, and ruin the recipe to add a small amount, probably .75 more of beef?

I usually have an option to use the premixed spices, and I take it. Still tastes good, although maybe next time I'll use the fuckton of spices we always have on hand that never get used.
Btw...crackers and cheese??? I plop mine on some rice and put some corn on top.
