Don't get me wrong, some people shouldn't have kids, but isn't that kind of what Hitler tried to do? Only here stupid people are getting killed? Then where does it stop? If there are stupid people then the average person is next on the list. Stupid is a necessary evil like hate is to love or dark isto light.

You have to have a license to own a pet, drive a car, or hunt for deer, but anyone with working genitalia can reproduce, despite their education, financial status, medical heath and, common sense... Doesn't make sense.
