Does anyone's mum NOT do this?

My mom never talks to me; we're usually in our own worlds. But, when I decide to go in the kitchen and cook something, she says something to me 30 feet away. Like, okay, mom, like I'm going to hear you.

my mom would say, "get your sister for me." And I'd yell my sister's name and then my mom would get all pissy and say, "well, I could have done that, pendeja." And I would ask, "well, why didn't you?!"

My mom would yell my name and I would hear her and yell back but she wouldn't hear me and get mad for not responding.

Right? And she can't hear me when I'm standing right next to her.

My mom often calls my name and I respond asking what she would like and she then never answers and gets mad at my for not doing something she never actually asked me to do
