They do. It's called NickToons. They show nothing but reruns of all the cancelled shows on nickelodeon.

Anyone ever watched the show called "Recess?" I'm not sure if it was Nick or Disney, but it was the shits. Like, seriously, I think I would rather watch that than most of the other shows on TV.
