I have not forgotten @dr_richard_ew's request for Toadally Awesome — https://yugipedia.com/wiki/Toadally_Awesome —. And a fine choice it is indeed, for this card was very impactful upon release. And despite not technically being a "Frog" card itself, it did and still does enable some "Frog" decks.
There's also no question that a visionary scientist could take this form if he so desired. To what ends? We can only speculate.

Although, for most frogs, this is quite normal. One notable exception is the African bullfrog. Of course in that species males are considerably larger than the females, so it makes sense that they'd be the ones to take care of the eggs and tadpoles.
