Frogs have long been sidelined from holding office, but this candidate aims to change that.

A Washington always pays his debts. (Well, not really. Tax evasion was kinda a big factor in the American Revolution.)

I mean... his presidency did end in 2016, and that is when things really started to go down hill.

A federal holiday in the US celebrated since 1879, honoring the people who have held the office of President of the United States (POTUS).
Initially, it was meant solely for George Washington, and later Lincoln, which is why it was celebrated on the former's birthday (February 22nd) and why it's also known as George Washington's Birthday in some states.
But it was moved to the third Monday in February in 1968 in order to give federal employees a three-day weekend. So, if you're one of those, enjoy.

I shouldn't be surprised that there are mice here as well. Of course, there are nowhere near as many as in London, or as there are rats in New York. Granted those cities are much bigger, but the fact remains.

That depends on the anime/cartoon. Most of the time however the hair growth is restricted to their tail, ears and head.
