Ah guest, once again we conference. Clearly the offender lacks the obligatory "stick family" bumper/ window sticker, as all families are required be social law to convey, not only quantity of children , but also gender, preferred pronoun, height relative to parents, parent's gender and occupation. Thus assuring that only people with kids park in designated areas. I would offer more, but my habit is to park as far as possible and walk past all the cars grouped at the door. Thus always assuring I have room for shopping cart.
