That's fine if you believe that sex is a purely physical transaction, but I think it's something deeper than that.
Besides, on a physical level, I believe that if you establish a properly communicative relationship with your partner, then it is possible to build a great sex life with that partner regardless of who they are. In other words, I don't believe there is such a thing as "sexual incompatibility" in the sense of partners not being able to make it work, or to make it great for that matter. Communication is key.

@diyrogue Let me see if I can find an appropriate metaphor... I think the experience of say Disney World, would be best if you and a friend experience it together for the first time and discover the things to do together. Rather than one of you being like, yeah I've seen that before.
Besides, if you've never had sex before, then the first sex you have is the best you've ever had, and that's a pretty nice thing if that best sex ever is with the person you intend to spend the rest of your life with.

Feelings make bad law, and hard cases make bad law. ie. The letter of the law should be made to accommodate the vast majority of cases and let judges decide when the spirit of the law has been violated.

Yeah, people have survived that before. I mean it's not bloody likely, but it's possible.
