I know people are going to think I'm wierd and "one of those" but I really don't think humans are advanced enough to build that. Think about it. I'm fascinated by this idea. Someone told me the magic field at Hogwarts prevents anything more advanced than a pocket watch from working properly, but a Gatling gun can be made less complicated than a pocket watch.

Well, is a bit like Russian roulette. Most of the revolvers chambers are harmless. You just don't know which one the hammer is going to strike this time. You'll prolly be fine, but if you aren't you're really in trouble. You can't know in advance and if it's the wrong kinda guy then you just made yourself known.
The nice thing about bears is that they're very predictable. Mind your own business and you'll prolly be fine. But if you do get attacked you're most likely dead and won't have to meet that bear every other weekend to hand over your kids to them.

Not to be "that guy" but I've heard women who date women complain about much the same problem. Our cultures have taught us that men should make the first move and when we don't, a lot of women don't know how. Frankly, a lot of men don't know how either so it usually comes down to one party taking the initiative.

I haven't had a call to adventure in a long time. Starting to worry that I'm in the final season and the producers are planning a series of prequels, starring someone much younger who looks nothing like me.
