He's not completely innocent though, let's not forget that, that's why he lost the case.
He has acted abusively. Nowhere NEAR as bad as Amber Turd, and no physical harm was proven to have come to her as such, but it was proven to the courts satisfaction that on at least two occasions he had struck her.
It was not taken into consideration whether or not it was in self defence, just the need to prove he had struck her, and then hinged the entire case on semantics. He TECHNICALLY hit his wife, therefore The S*n labelling him a wife beater was proven to the satisfaction of the court...and the biased as fuck judge.
