True. The system is meant to make smart people not people who can remember. And if you test for memory, just like the antagonist in the movie, the student will just end up cramming and will eventually forget what the teachers tried to teach.

Since there is no significant geographical separation between Europe and Asia, the border between the two is largely an arbitrary, historical, and cultural construct.
