It is an international student who has come from another country to live and go to school in america often times for 1-2 semesters. They live with an american host family who takes them in as their own.
There are also summer programs like this for international students who are in university. They are hired and housed by a company and they legally make minimum wage or more working wherever in america they were hired.

The holocaust didn't start with gas chambers, but with creating a division between groups. I realize that is an over exaggeration, but saying one group should be honored while others can't does a lot more harm down the road than you realize. You're telling kids that those who don't have special days honoring them are considered superior or not opressed, and thus you're telling them if they fit in any of those other groups they are oppressed, and will never be equal. I never said to take away gays/blacks/women's days. I'm saying add one for straights/men and keep society moving towards equality.
