Not to mention money decides who we can choose from. People who are genuine public servants have the odds stacked HEAVILY against them, if they are an option at all. What we end up with are puppets installed and beholden to their corporate backers.
Add that to the ridiculous Electoral Preschool, and you have the illusion of choice on two levels. With targeted voter suppression just for funsies. We won't even talk about Florida...
And we STILL somehow managed to f@ck this last election up as bad as possible.
