Exactly, it's not that easy. I'm kind to everyone and if someone asks me for the time, of course I will tell them, but in more than a handful of cases something innocent like that turns into being hit on real hard, because now they're already talking to you and it's impossible to straight up ignore them. And if I had a dime for every single "noo, I just wanna be friends, I'm just looking for friends" when I tell them I'm not interested, I'd be filthy rich
