I am in the camp of 'eat them if there's literally nothing else on offer' proper sausages like Cumberland or Lincolnshire (NOT Walls or Richmond brands though!!) are just so much tastier!

In the UK you can complete an undergraduate degree with the teaching qualification woven in (as I did) or a 1 year course after 3 year degree at uni or you can now train 'on the job' in about 12 weeks or schools can even just employ unqualified teachers now, it is not a valued profession here sadly.
