He never claimed to actually be surviving though. Yeah, the show makes it seem like it (of course, it's better TV) but the point of the show isn't to check if Bear could do it. He teaches viewers how to survive. And even though they have food on set and may sleep in hotels, he still drinks urine, jumpes in half frozen rivers, jump from a cliff to a tree and climb down etc, just to illustrate.

How to deal with rape threats 27 comments

"I will rape you if I ever see you, cunt" is a direct rape threat. It doesn't get more "rape threat" than that? What do you think qualifies?

I've been to the Trinity College one in Dublin, and it's amazing. It was the inspiration for the library in Harry Potter, so it feels like stepping into Hogwarts.

I didn't choose the fandom life. And it didn't choose me either. I'm not in a fandom.

It's amazing, especially the nature in all of Norway and the small towns on the South coast (where I am from). I would definititely recomend visiting, but not all of Norway is great to visit at all times (weather etc).

Baby turtles can find the sea on their own. The "volunteers" are just there to take photos.

Maybe it's different terms, but in Norway there is kindergarten/preschool/whatever that you can attend when you're a baby, and go to until you start school. Simple as that. Some learn to read, but it's more about socializing with other kids.

It may be different in Norway, but dont you start kindergarten at like 2 y/o? How are you supposed to learn to read before that... We weren't taught to read and write by teachers before we were in first grade at age 5/6.

I don't believe in God, or any God, but I see the difference between faith and fantasy, both from the outside and for the relgious ones.
