Norway too for the normal one. But you can get a licence for manual cars, but then you're not allowed fo drive stick.

Clutch all the way when you start the car, and change gears. When starting the car, release the clutch slowly. The car will drive forewards on the clutch, that's when you'll begin to gas. When driving very slow, or slowing down for a small period of time and dont want to change gears, press the clutch in lightly to make the engine happier. But remember to not gas at the same time, because when you clutch the gas is disconnected, so it just makes sound.

I know, I agree with you :-) I thought it seemed as if you didn't think it was right when the guest mentioned islam, because it was too different to compare - that's why I "explained" it. It is of course not exactly the same, but the basis of it is. Maybe I just misjudged your first reply.
